They fill in waves — first the people with a confirmed place, then the ones locking down housing — which is why a group created too early often stalls half empty.
You do not need to join all of them. Start with the one that solves your most urgent problem in Paris, and add the rest once you have an arrival date.

Before you join a Paris group
