1. Who is behind it

MyErasmus (myerasmus.app) is an independent, free project run by its founders from Spain. It has not yet been incorporated as a company and has no commercial activity: it sells no products or services, charges users nothing and shows no ads. Contact: contacto@myerasmus.com.

2. What MyErasmus is

An information resource for exchange students: city and university guides, paperwork guides, and directories of WhatsApp and Telegram groups. Using the site is free and requires no sign-up. By using it you accept these terms.

MyErasmus is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the European Commission, the Erasmus+ programme or any university.“Erasmus+” is a European Union programme; we mention it only to describe what the site is about.

3. Content is for guidance

We try to keep information accurate and current, but deadlines, requirements, prices or links can change without notice. Some content is drafted with the help of AI tools and checked against its sources (see our Editorial Policy). Nothing we publish is legal, tax or academic advice: always confirm anything important with the official source.

4. WhatsApp and Telegram groups

The groups we link to are third-party spaces run by their own admins, with their own rules, and subject to WhatsApp's or Telegram's terms. MyErasmus does not control what is posted in them. Be careful what you share and never pay a deposit or holding fee for a room you have not seen. If a link is broken or a group is a problem, tell us at contacto@myerasmus.com and we will review it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to try to damage or overload it, access non-public areas, or submit other people's data through the forms.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design and MyErasmus brand belong to their authors. You may quote or link to our content with attribution, but not copy it in bulk or reuse it commercially without permission. Some photos come from image libraries (such as Unsplash) and are used under their licences; names of universities, cities and third-party brands belong to their owners.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites and groups we link to, for occasional service interruptions, or for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's information. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

8. Forms

If you leave your email so we can notify you about a group or the app launch, we use it only for that. Details in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one on this page. They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
