1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the MyErasmus app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not use our platform or website.

2. User Generated Content (UGC)

MyErasmus allows users to post content, including messages, photos, events, and comments. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy towards abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content.

It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains spam, malicious links, or unauthorized commercial promotions.

3. Moderation and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that does not comply with our community guidelines, without prior notice.

MyErasmus has the right to suspend or permanently delete the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms of Use, especially in cases of abusive or offensive content (Zero Tolerance).

4. Reporting and Blocking Content

If you find content or a user that violates our rules, we urge you to use the reporting tools integrated into the application (allowing you to block users and report posts) or to contact us directly at hello@myerasmus.com. We will review reports diligently and take appropriate actions, typically removing the infringing content within a maximum of 24 hours.
